How to highlight particular section of the webpage using Selenium?

In my webpage, there are three sections, for example Section A, Section B and Section C

When I click on button, it should show Section B only (highlight).

Is it possible to do this operation using Selenium Tool?

try to use highlight method

void highlight(java.lang.String locator)

Briefly changes the backgroundColor of the specified element yellow. Useful for debugging.

Parameters:
locator - an element locator
