how to copy failed test cases from test suite1 to test suite2?

I have 300 test cases in test suite1. 200 test cases are passed and 100 test cases are failed in test suite1.
I would like to copy failed test cases from test suite1 to test suite2 .
i want copy all 100 failed test cases same time to test suite2 .Is it possible?
