Hi,

Kindly register yourself for learning center access in the below link by following the below steps:

“Register” on portal by using this link

(http://www.hp.com/partnerlearning/customers.html)

Click on "Request a new account" for creating a new account.

Please fill out the new account registration form.

Then after few days they will generate your HP Learner ID which will be sent on your email ID.

After getting a learner ID you can apply for the QTP certification.
