Before you start telerik, my best take is go through Coded UI automation first.

It gives more insight on telerik plug in.

We have already started working on Telerik automation. but facing some problem in performing some test validation and capturing some of UI controls in test cases.

Thats why we are looking for some trainer who can provide training to our team.
