Help needed in Software QA Process Audit
Hi All,
I am working as a QA Engineer. Now I am asked to implement & review the QA for process for each project in the organization. I need your suggestions/input about the documents/actions involved in
implementing QA process & Auditing of different projects. Typically we follow Agile methodology ( Extreme / Scrum) of development.
The vision of the organization behind all this is go for CMMi certification.
