Frequent Db bugs - 

Duplicate data present in tables.

Data type mismatch  -  datatype not matching with that defined in the design.

Constraints not defined on appropriate columns.

While doing ETL - complete data not transferred from source to target - Hence no of rows not matching

Data Fields getting truncated -  hence only half of the text present in the column.

Incorrect calculations.
