Error: It is the Deviation from actual and the expected value.

Bug: It is found in the development environment before the product is shipped to the respective customer.

Defect: It is found in the product itself after it is shipped to the respective customer.
Error: Programmatically mistake leads to error. If the developer wrongly coded then he can get the error due to its wrongly coded.
Bug: Deviation from the expected result. Once the application is developed and once it comes for testing, during that time if there is any deviation from the expected results, then it's a bug. For eg: If the expected result is 2 and we are getting something then its a bug.
Defect: Problem in algorithm leads to failure.
