Domain

Hello friends,                                                                                                                               Happy DIWALI in Advance

I m working in Capital Market Domain in manual Testing, I have Exp in Capital mkt (around 3 yearsBut i got offer in Helthcare Domain, Which i dont have any Exp, they are giving me good hike.[

But Im confused that whether i should go for Helth care domain or i should search Job in Capital Market only. Please  sugest   Me What should I do?
