Defect Prioritization

Hi Friends,

What things shud we keep in mind while prioritizing the defects as

1-low
2-medium
3-high
4-very high
5-urgent

to a simple extent it can be summarised as

low...cosmetic issues.
medium--issues which dont effect the functionality in a large extent..
High--Should be addressed
VeryHigh--Should be addressed immediately(this is where a most of the functionality does not work )
Urgent---similar to high(this is where Crashes occur...installation/upgrade fails)
