Role
· Review Module Definitions or Design Specifications and create test scripts and test
data.
· Attend walk-through of new functionality
· Regularly consults the architects on behalf of the team to ensure and maintain
technical integrity of the project.
· Clearly understands and communicates client requirements internally.
· Participate in design reviews.
· Modify test scripts and test data.
· Independently execute test scripts and record results.
· Integrate enhancements to test scripts while maintaining consistency of
performance expectations.
· Mentors less experienced staff and consult with peers.
· Keep Testing Leader informed of delays in testing activities or problems arising from
variances.
· Follows and promotes the agreed Best Practices and their supporting
documentation.
Decision Making
· Exercises independent judgment after considering alternatives.
· Works under the general guidance of more senior members of the team with
occasional consultation and collaboration.
· Coordinates own tasks and those of junior team members to meet project
