Change run mode during run time

How to change the Run mode from Normal to Fast during the run time without disturbing the execution.

Set qtApp = CreateObject("QuickTest.Application")

qtApp.Options.Run.RunMode = "Fast"

use the above code to chang the run mode to fast during runtime.
