Its ReCaptcha image, the purpose of using this object any application is to avoid Hacking, auto script execution.
Workaround:
1. If Captcha image created by your own dev team then ask them create a text box and keep the text with visible property false. QTP can capture it during execution and further testing possible.
2. Create temp cookies and keep captcha text in it, capture from cooking and do further testing.

bcoz that text was an image
this was mainly introduced to prevent automated programs from abusing the websites
but still we need to test them
