Can Any one explain what is Test Scenario, Test Plan, Test Strategy with examples?

Test Scenario is hypothetical story to check functional behavior of Software. Scenario based on Use case. If we have good scenario then we can create no. of Test cases .
Test plan - It is one document which represent 'what to Test' , 'How to Test' & 'who to Test" . mean our product meet their design and requirement
Test Strategy - Its a part of Test plan mean which type of Testing process. methods and Testing level we use in project.

Need some additional info,

How do you actually write test scenarios, step by step manner or a paragraph type or it needs to be appended along with test cases.

Test plan: A document describing the scope, approach,
resources and schedule of intended test activities. It
identifies amongst others test items, the features to be
tested, the testing tasks, who will do each task, degree of
tester independence, the test environment, the test design
techniques and entry and exit criteria to be used, and the
rationale for their choice,and any risks requiring
contingency planning. It is a record of the test planning
process.

Test strategy: Test strategy describes the approach, objectives, and direction of the effort test.

Test Scenario : IT is nothing but "what to test" It is an outline of a planned work.
for example:

Suppose take Baking Account Appl
in that we are preparing Secnarios like
individual Account (in one Scenario)in that we have Req
name ,date of birth,adds ,identification prof,...etc
testcases for reguirements..
Joint Account (is one Secnario)in that we have below Req..
name, joinee name ,ADD, IDNT,,,ETC
