Hi friends,

Client is telling me he is getting message of not having internet connection, He claimed that he has 3G with 5 bar-US. I'm not able to reproduce that one...I use Vodafone here for data connection.

what should I do?

Hello Nimesh,

Please check in code with developer for such issues. Because you can not replicate some of the bugs but if you/developer analyse the code then may be you can find something from code.

And does your application support the connection type that your client is using?

Yes you are right, by investigating I found DNSException and SocketException and for that they have already posted on BB blog.
