If we can write all the test cases in excell format how we can upload all the test cases and How we can insert all the requirements in QC( Directly we can attached all the text doc's or we can enter all input all the requirements into QC).

After installing excel add-in, you will get an option 'Export to Quality center' in the Excel in Tools option. With this you can upload the test cases written in the excel sheet.
