What kind of testing method (Ex. Functional, Regression, Integration etc...), we can find more bugs?

Sanity Testing

Its hard to say which one is more effective,Each type has its importance.

Functional Testing helps to find defects by validating requirements.

Regression Is used to verify side effects after defect resolution.

Integration Testing detects whether the modules properly communicating or not.

Hi,

You could find majority of bugs in Functional and Integration. Some in data if there is ETL testing or report data testing. lesser in Regression testing.

the best way to find defects is not think in any method instead start thinking the application itself as a problem and how to rectify it.
