Any Format for sending Testcases for sending Business Review

Hi Friends,

Please help to clarify my doubt on this;

Once completion of  Testcase design, we need to send to Business ( Client) for their approval.

Please give me any idea ,  onwhich format we need send to Business.

Any suggestions  welcome.
