Agile model is a type of incremental model in which a Software is developed in incremental, rapid cycles. This results in small incremental releases with each release building on previous functionality.
Each release is thoroughly tested
to ensure that the software quality is maintained.
This model is good for time critical applications.

Today, Agile model is being used by most of the software testing companies because of it's following benefits:
- Working software is delivered in less time.
- Close cooperation between business people, developers, testers, web designers.
- Continuous attention on the product.
- Even late changes can be incorporated easily and in less time.
