Hi,

Hope this helps

1. After testing what are testing documents you provides and to whom

Ans: After testing you should provide Test case document which consist of your testing results along with the list of open bugs and a sign off email if everything is working fine in testing environment.

2. What you get from development team (Documents name)

Ans: You get the deployment document, release notes

3. What is the role of documentation in QA?

Ans: To assure everything is working fine and you have the proof documented somewhere so that it can be share with the client

4. How is testing different from development?

Ans: That is a very typical question. Development is about developing some thing like reports, system, DB, etc where as testing is to assure that the developed thing is working fine as per user expectation

5. What you worked with Use Cases before?

Ans: Use cases are prepared by the developer which will have the unit test cases. Apart from this, you have many more test cases in QA to verify the stability of the build

6. What do you like about a Manager? And what don’t you like?

Ans: Sorry I cannot answer this

7. What can be done if requirements are changing continuously?

Ans: In such a scenario, your test case development needs to be updated continuously and development & testing should be done only when requirement is freezed

8. How do you know it is sufficient testing?

Ans: Depending on your system and if your 100% test cases are satisfied then your testing s sufficient

Ans: Triage is bug triage where you and development team along with the client keep a track of bugs and discuss on why this bug and what needs to be done to resolve the bug

10. What all static testing techniques

11. Are you OK to report to a person less experienced than you?

Ans: Experience and knowledge doesnt go hand in hand. So if a person who is less experienced but is full of knowledge there is no harm in reporting him/her

12. What IF you have problems working with your lead?

Ans: You need to talk to your lead and try reducing the gaps with patience

13. If you are given a chance to work on a testing project alone, what all activities you will do? Which methodology you will implement, why?

Ans: You need to understand the requirement very thoroughly and based on that you need to prepare the test plan which will have information on your plan of testing. Then based on the requirement you need to prepare the test case document which will have your test scenarios. Finally you need to perform testing

14. Difference between CMMI and Six Sigma

15. When will we use adhoc or exploratory methodologies?

Ans: Adhoc is to validate using some very adhoc scenarios whereas exploratory is to go deep into the system and assure on the quality
